Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation continues even after the project or engagement ends, unless the information becomes publicly available through no fault of either party.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyper Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
